What We Accept
We accept prepaid UPS, FedEx, and USPS packages with valid scannable barcodes, subject to carrier and package acceptance rules.
Bring a Scannable Barcode
Your package or return needs a valid, scannable barcode. If your retailer gave you a shipping label, attach it or bring it with you and we will scan it at the counter.
QR-Code Returns
Some retailer returns use a QR code instead of a printed label. Instructions vary by retailer and carrier, and some QR-code returns must go to a specific store, such as Kohl's or Whole Foods. Call us before you come in and we will check what your code needs.
